Quality Food

Bed time. It’s been dark for a while and Elia and Geoff have already gone to be. They work early. We go to bed early as well. It’s the way of things in Queensland, good time to work is from the 4 AM sunrise until the 10 AM heat. Aimee, Daisy and I have been working from 10 ’til 1 or 2, not the best time of day for it. Actually, more like the worst.

Tonight Eli made sushi which was excellent. At lunch it was steak and salad. Last night was Aussie style BBQ with veggies, sausage, etc, while the night before was veggie lasagna. Lunch was vegetable and corn fritters with yogurt and cucumber dressing or herb and pepper sauce, or both. Absolutely amazing food that Eli prepares while fending off continuous offers of help. This place is absolutely amazing.
Plans are to head out in a couple of das – actually, the day after tomorrow.
